Outshine Festivals ignites makers everywhere.  Here at Outshine, we believe that the arts and community can outshine anything that’s thrown at us and the way to do it is through live events and festivals!  Community, by definition, is “a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common.”  In this day and age we believe that “living in the same place” is living on this same planet.  Modern technology can bring us all together.  Our community definitely has a particular characteristic in common and that is the love of humanity- connecting to others and celebrating each other!
